Según sus propias palabras, a Dan Matutina (Twistedfork) le gusta combinar dibujo hecho a mano y digital, lo retro y lo futurista, texturas orgánicas y composiciones geométricas, lo limpio y lo saturado...y contar historias a través de sus ilustraciones.
Además, dirige su propio estudio creativo, Plus63, donde atiende a decenas de clientes de lo más diverso y da clases de ilustración y diseño gráfico en la Universidad de Bellas Artes de Filipinas (la UP Collage of Fine Arts).
