Inkwell Studios
Inkwell Studios was founded in 1989 by Buffalo-based illustrator Michael E. Gelen. Over the years we've worked on a wide range of projects, from theatre posters to medical illustration, from comic strips to magazine covers. We've worked for clients big and small, and won a few awards along the way.Most of our work is created digitally, but everything starts with a pencil sketch—usually many, many pencil sketches.
